How should the unit be shut down?
The shutdown is the reverse procedure of start up, with generally the hot circuit being closed first and the cold circuit still running. Slowly close the valve controlling the flowrate of the pump you are about stop. When the valve is closed, stop the pump. Start-up must be gradual and heat rate shall not exceed 60°C per hour. Pressure buildup rate must not exceed 1 bar/min.
