What does it mean if the pressure of the circuit in test decreases?
The pressure of the circuit in test may decrease due not necessarily mean that the heat exchanger is leaking. It could be due compression of trapped gases, or a slight plate adjustment. Adjust pressure and check again. It should have stabilized after half an hour.
